Stack Scorecard is an independent publication that scores workflow-automation tools so small teams can pick with evidence, not vibes. The desk is built in public: methodology first, rankings only when the table is finished.
What this is
A static editorial site. No membership wall, no “community” we do not operate, no invented masthead. Correspondence goes to [email protected]. The desk operates from Canada. That is a jurisdiction, not a Canada-only product.
What we cover
We cover the operator stack: Make, n8n, Zapier, Notion, Coda, Airtable, and agent tooling that ships work. Canadian CAD, tax, and privacy notes are an edge on the scorecard — spice, not the meal.
Editorial standards

Label unfinished cards
If rankings are not ready, the page says so in plain type. We do not hide a “winner” in the URL, the title, or the alt text.

Publish the method
Criteria and weights live on Methodology before scores do.

Original tables
We do not scrape other affiliates or remix “best AI tools” posts. If a number is ours, we can show the working.

No fake social proof
No testimonials we did not receive. No invented user counts. No stock-photo “operators.”

Money is disclosed
Affiliate, sponsor, or gift access is named. Money does not move a score. See Affiliate disclosure.

Corrections are visible
Factual errors get a dated note on the page we got wrong, not a silent edit. Email [email protected] with a source.

Not counsel
Tax, legal, and privacy notes are operator-facing summaries of public vendor material. They are not advice.
Independence
No vendor owns this site. We have not taken a founding sponsor. If that changes, it will be written here and on the disclosure page in the same week, not in a footer nobody reads.
Voice
Precise. Anti-hype. Prefer an empty cell to a confident adjective. If a sentence could run as an ad, it does not run here.
